Bodega sold by owner due to relocation

We are running it as a family business so we dont run the inventory with too much formality, however we are fully stocked and fully equipped, we have a kitchen but Im not selling food because I dont have the time, we sell an average of $900 daily ($1000 at the beginning of the month $750 at the end of the month), and that’s without lottery. Monthly rent $1,400. Average electric bill $300 winter, $700 summer, trash collection $112 a month. We only have 1 employee in addition to us, he has a part time making minimum wage. I have 8 years left on the lease but the landlord is very accommodating and easy going. We are selling because we are relocating to NY.
